Each kit is a guide bundled with the planning pages I use with clients: the apartment guide with the Room Layout Fix workbook and styling checklist; the 36-page bathroom guide with tile layout and clearance planners; the design drawings guide with 85 floor plans and printable planning sheets. They’re the same planning tools I walked through in The Design Toolkit, and the apartment kit is the one I pointed to in Day 1 of the Small Space Refresh Sprint.
Not paid yet? The kits are $29, $39 and $29 on their own, or they come with a paid subscription at $9 a month. Your call; both routes get you the same files.
